"Lovely flowers marred by poor customer service during challenging circumstances. Despite pre-scheduling a delivery for my mother's birthday amid a snowstorm, the communication about cancellations was lacking. Initially told my parents could pick up the flowers by 3 PM, later informed they had to do so by 1 PM with 15 minute notice, causing inconvenience. Moreover, it took six days for them to contact me about the undelivered flowers. While I understand weather challenges, improved planning and communication, along with addressing the unfulfilled delivery, would enhance customer experience. Also did not receive my delivery fee back even though we had to pick them up."
