"I ordered flowers for my mother from Paragould Flowers & Gifts and they were absolutely beautiful! I really enjoy sending flowers to friends and family for any occasion and I have seen really good and reeeeaaalllyyyy bad flowers. These flowers are really some of the most beautiful I’ve seen in awhile. The delivery boy was also super friendly. It was a wonderful experience for me ordering and for my mother receiving the bouquet. I highly recommend!"
"Sadly prom is a very important time for the customer. They didn’t seem to share in that emotion. To start completely lost my order. Didn’t try to make it right immediately, but instead put blame on another employee. Set a time to pick the items up at a later time the next day the day of prom instead and still, they weren’t ready. Attempts to blame another employee again. Once picked up, order wasn’t full filled to request, didn’t try to make it right just told me it is what it is. Charged more for silk than I’ve paid for real flowers of the same. I don’t usually give bad reviews. However, in this case due to how unkindly I was treated and no attempt to make anything right as should of been the case. I feel others should know so they can use good judgment for future reference. This was my first and last experience w/this flower shop it seems."
