"We got two ice cream tubs this morning and one of them is expired and smelling very bad. I dnt understand how can they keep expired stale stuff in feeezers. Isn’t it their responsibility to take out stale stuff from the shelves. Never going back"

"I bought a Vegan chai from this store. The coconut milk was rancid. I went to the store to return the tea. I was to get another tea. I didn't want another rancid tea. The lady asked me for my receipt I didn't have it. I went to my car looked for my bank receipt. I showed it to the lady. She told me no they don't take return. She kept the tea and my money. Poor lady she needs to steal from customers."

"IF I Could give Desi Bazaar 0 stars I would. Customer service = 0 They don't place prices on things and even if they do they charge you much more and their items end up being rotten! If something is bad or rotten they won't allow an exchange and are so rude about it! I have no respect for the owners. I stopped going to this grocery store over 7 years ago due to such a bad experience one evening and I advise everyone to never go back!"

"I am a busy working mom and usually don't have time to give reviews but this is the Worst store I have visited so far in my life in US (been living since 15 plus years) hence felt worth sharing my experience. Firstly I came to know about this from one of our neighbors, and blindly went without checking any reviews and now after buying so much stuff (made 280$ bill in one stop - blindly I bought in a rush due to Covid 19 restrictions, I bought more) and I realize later EVRYTHING WAS WAY MORE PRICIER than anywhere else, many of the snacks are EXPIRED and I saw after getting home, and then the veggies bought here got spoiled v fast, smelled awful. OKARA was v hard and rough. The Karela (Kakarakaya) when cut I find purple shade seeds - Attached the picture, when I called to the store to inform, the person who picked the phone spoke ok for a few minutes, then he gave to another guy saying the manger and he was raising voice and talking like yelling, then I asked why are you raising voice, I called to give a feedback not complaint you or your store did as such but then also he was shouting like a village fellow saying you expect all of us to cut the veggies and check for you this and that....and that he was running 3 store, no one complained like this n that.........literally he was yelling onto me, v rude and harsh language he was using - totally un meaningful sentences......I have never faced a customer service or experience like this. I can tell more, but being a busy mom of 2 kids cant type more........V cheap behavior - I have a gut feeling he is the owner of the store. I TRULY WISH I READ REVIEWS BEFORE GOING TO THIS STORE. all negative reviews both on google and yelp. A v good lesson for me. Hope this review gets posted soon."

"One of the best indian store I have visited in the Folsom area. Wide varieties of Indian/Asian fresh & frozen vegitables, fruites, sweets, snacks, groceries, Utensils, cosmetics, Pooja Items, under one roof. The store is fully stocked especially during weekends. I really like the variety and freshness of indian vegitables during weekends. I didn't have data to compare the prices with other stores."
