"All I can say is the lady up front… Susan I believe her name is. OMG never met such an awful human in my life. The way she interacts and treats customers is just plain awful. I don’t understand how the upper management allows their employee to treat their customers the way she does. Until they do something about this my family will not be going back and we will be letting everyone know about this. Such behavior is unacceptable!"

"My fiancé has purchased from the floral department beautiful bouquets for special occasions the last few years , we proudly told people where we purchased , because they were always so beautiful, on Valentine’s Day he purchased two bouquets, mine was exceptional my mothers wilted within two days , we brought it back and only asked for an exchange , the lady at self checkout immediately had attitude, asked for a receipt I said we did not have one but we have the credit card used to purchase, apparently they can’t look the purchase up from the card , she took us up to the floral lady , she immediately blamed the lack of water ( it had water ) and told us she would only replace the roses , with some attitude , mind you we have spent hundred of dollars on flowers within a few years , the only thing we expected from this transaction is no attitude from staff and a even exchange , that did not happen sadly ,Safeway here we come"

"I have to agree with Isaac Barlow. Not only are many of the staff at this Raleys rude but the staff at most Raleys are rude. I can go to any other major grocery store and get exceedingly helpful, cheerful people, not so much at Raleys or Belair. The other thing is they totally screwed all of us from what I can tell, with their recent application Upgrade I lost all of my gas rewards. I lost all of my monetary rewards. I lost it all, and so did probably everybody else. This just makes me not want to shop with Raleys anymore. There was nothing at all wrong with the old application and everything was intact. Trust me they really screwed this up royal! I’ve worked in IT for over 30 years and never seen anything so bungled in my life !! When you decide to do an upgrade and you basically erase everybody’s information that they’ve worked at earning why would they want to come back to your store? I would love to have Raleys explain logic behind this. Me thinks they’re not as special as they think they are because the Safeway right down the block is just as nice and they’re very friendly in there, plus so far they haven’t messed around with the application and screwed all of us. "For a store providing a "premium" shopping experience, I'm shocked by the consistent rudeness of staff at this location. After well over 100 visits to this location I can only rate 1 star as I often receive better service at discount stores like foodmaxx and grocery outlet, places where my expectations are lower. People like Suzy should not be working at a place like this, they are driving away customers to the Safeway across the street."

"Very nice floral department. This store has Angelo Pietro Salad dressings and Yamasa soy sauce. They are 2 of my favorite products and are stocked in the Asian section. The produce department has a wide variety of fresh mushrooms. The restrooms are very clean. The store is easy to find and plenty of parking."
