Was able to help and instruct dad and I , as first time parent how to properly take care of our girls pierced ears! Had a super tiny problem with an earring that I was able to fix at home but when I messaged her about it she responded within minutes , and let me know we can come in and fix it ! But it was an easy at home fix so I appreciate her being so quick to respond! Fast forward to about 7 weeks later, baby girls pierced ears are fully healed! Thank you so much Shorty!
