"Went to get some extentions installed, and the girl who did them did a horrible lazy job. A week later, one of them started coming off. I called the owner, and she said to go in so they could see them. I asked if i was going to be charged, and she said maybe. Depending on how it is. I don't understand why I should have to pay again for a job that was not done correctly from the beginning. The owner said she didn't have time to talk to me at the moment and that she would call me back later. I am still waiting for the call. Never again. It was a waste of money."

"Me and my mother have been going to Sam I am for quite a while now. I recently went there to get my hair fixed by a lady named Jasmine who was very nice. The other day I bought crochet hair for my mother. This lady named Kennedy was the one that was going to do my mother‘s crochet hair. The lady used two different types of crochet hair the one that I bought and some other random one that she was given from the guy named Sam. The hair did not even match and it had already started unraveling as soon as my mom arrived home. Because it looked like such a mess, Sam and Kennedy promised that my mother could come back on Monday and that they can fix it. My mother went there and Kennedy immediately started being so rude to my mother yelling at her and telling her that she’s ready to fight her. It honestly looked like Kennedy is on drugs. My mother is a very calm and well respected lady, she does not get in confrontation she didn’t even want me to write this review. Sam left the store while my mother continued to take verbal abuse from Kennedy all because her and Sam promised to fix her hair because her hair looked a hot mess, and was not what they had agreed upon. The level of unprofessionalism, rudeness was so unbearable and me and my mother will never go to this shop again. I hope and pray that Sam and Kennedy shall reap what they sow because what they did was very disgusting and not a good way to treat their customers."
