"Went to get a money order ,checker needs a class on good customer service. It has been every time I have gone in to get a money order she is rude, never smiles or greets customer. She acts like she hates her job and everyone in it. I CAN SEE IF SHE IS NOT HAVING A GOOD DAY BUT THIS IS YOUR JOB TRY TO CRACK A SMILE FOR GODS SAKE! ¹I think it is very important to make customers feel welcome and that they are getting great service or customers will go else where.There is 1 checker that im familiar with and she usually greets me she has also asked why I dont go there often.I prefer to go to the other location very friendly and helpful they make you feel welcome they are never rude!"
