"Moved to San Jacinto last October and I like shopping at a traditional latino market. But honestly Cardenas lack of cashiers makes me take a turn to Stater Bros or Wal-Mart 90% of the time. Not having enough cashiers shows how little consideration Cardenas has for their customers needs. Be prepared to spend atleast 1 hour here, regardless of coming in early morning, mid-day or late afternoon. Regardless of amount of items being purchased. Cardenas management do better, I've seen multiple people complain and no solution to this day.."

"Besides it being pricier than most other grocery stores in the area it’s customer service sucks as it is only on register open with 4 self check outs only 3 working line was 15 people on check stand and 10 on self check out took like 20 min for them to open another check stand only came here to buy masa but other than that I avoid this store"

"What a nightmare. At least 20 people waiting to check out with 1 register and 4 self check out. The self checkout registers are garbage. Such a struggle to ring yourself up. You’d think with the money they save from not having as many employees they’d get equipment that work properly. Prices are cheaper down the road at Bargain Market grocery outlet."
