"Love the food court concept and the grocery section is small but very clean and well organized. The food court is expensive, not all stalls have menu boards. Ordering on the touch screen was filthy."

"I would have given 1-star because of Tony Barbeque's awful CUSTOMER SERVICE. The [owner?] was very aware we have been standing behind the customer he is serving... for over 20 minutes... and as soon as the transaction completed, the [owner?] RUDELY IGNORED US and blatantly entertained the customer waiting BEHIND US!! A crew member approached us to tell us that we have to WAIT 35 MINUTES for our food (when we have not ordered anything yet!)... WHAT KIND OF SERVICE DID WE JUST RECEIVE FROM TONY'S BARBEQUE??? Nevertheless, thank God for the food court. We settled for the Taiwanese cuisine and ordered their HAINANESE CHICKEN. WOW!!! The LONE PERSONNEL is very attentive, friendly, FAST, and very good with his follow-through. The CHICKEN IS TO DIE-FOR! We will never go back to Tony's. We will definitely come back for the Hainanese Chicken and the other menu items we can try. Takaway: CUSTOMER SERVICE QUALITY determines the success or failure of any business. That is my 2-cents for "CRAVINGS BY 99 RANCH.""

"Edit 5/21/2023 - overhead music too loud. 3 different types of music blasting at full volume. It is an awful experience to sit in the food court Costco-style warehouse store with Asian products, good prices for usually hard to find items. Came here to check out the food court and ended up checking out what they had in the aisles. There were a lot of food sampling stations and we ended up snacking and buying some soup dumplings and bowl noodles. The shopping experience was nice and we will definitely be back."

"Brand new place with a lot of delicious foods to eat. Walking in here, it was hard to make up my mind on what to eat. It’s nice to also have a warehouse style Asian supermarket to shop in. I will be going back here often to try different foods depending on what mood I am in. Since this place is new and popular, expect a large crowd with longer than usual wait times."
