"You should really watch your employees I am a mom of 5 and went to do self check out the girl working there Monday the 15th 11 am accused me of stealing mine you I was scanning everything and she didn’t accuse anyone else just me . A Latina with kids I then showed her everything I scanned and she still proceeded to accuse me until I said I will show the receipt to her and the manager. I was embarrassed and my kids were as well also she wouldn’t give me her name so that’s why I said date and time maybe you can look at who worked there at that’s time . Do better and don’t accuse someone just because they are a Latina mom"
"Always a lot of parking and clean parking lot. Superior is always stocked with groceries, produce and baked goods. I love their bakery. Their cakes and pan dulce is so good and fresh. I went shopping for masa and all my tamale making needs today and left a happy customer. I found my masa, chili's, and more. There is even a taco spot inside the market to fill you up."
"SELLS EXPIRED FOOD SLIMY, SMELLS BAD, OLD BEWARE MEAT AND POULTRY The meat was slimy and it smells bad I asked to talked to a manager and there where two but not available “Out for lunch” They can’t even take care of customers This is not the first time for me and I still gave them another chance, as it turns out, it was a bad idea."
"On the tag shows $0.89/lb but they charged me $0.99/lb. I bought almost 10lb. They said they cannot refund me because I paid with wic card. So because I said I paid $9.39 so they should gave me the quantities for $9.39. If they cannot refund money they can give more oranges to make it right quantities for what I paid. But they refuse it and they said they cannot do anything. Be careful on the prices. ALWAYS READ the receipt here!!!! it’s not 1st they charge more. It’s not about money because it’s not a lot difference, but it’s their attitude and their customer service (I had to run back there to take a picture for them). And I have to pay their mistake!!! Samething it happen to me long time ago at Walmart, and over there I received great service. I didn’t had to run there to proof that their prices was wrong like what they let me did here."
