"I went to the Sprout today at about 4:19 p.m. (2/3 Saturday - according to my receipt). The cashier who wore a pair of hoop earrings and long hair (looked around mid 40) was really rude. She did not put her name tag on her shirt while other cashiers did, so I do not know her name. But she worked at the middle section. (2nd lane from the left, where the exit door is nearby) I bought four supplements which were "buy one, get one free", but when she charged - it did not come up on the machine. It's probably because staff member forgot to add it to the system. So, I gently reminded her that this is on promotion. Then, all of sudden, she was like "Oh well~ somebody should have told me~" in a very rude tone of voice. Besides that, the cashier computer system got frozen, which I could not insert my credit card. She looked so frustrated, and told me to go to another cashier in a rude/condescending tone of voice. What is wrong with her? So, I switched it. Another cashier, Anna was so much more kind, polite, and even said that "Thank you for your patience" at the end. I think that first cashier, she really needs to learn more on customer service skills and how to talk politely to the other people. If you have a bad day, please take your day off. There were only about three cashiers at this time shift, so the owner should know who this person is and let her know about her impatience and a lack of customer service skills. Other than that, Sprouts is great market in a convenient location with a variety of excellent items. Other staff members were nice and willing to help while walking through the aisle of the grocery. I am regular."
