"A lady who attended me in the butcher department was very kind, she only went for one thing and she didn't have it at that moment, she asked the person who was preparing if there was more and he answered that if in a moment he took it out, only that moment lasted 30 minutes or more, The employee was doing other things and returned again to the butchery department and she was surprised that she was still waiting, she went personally to see what was happening, I came back and explained to me that employee who was preparing began to do other things, and that they still did not have what I had asked for... Because the employee didn't speak to me clearly and he would have better told me that they weren't going to have it ready after 40 or an hour, it would have been my decision to go to another store to get what he needed and not waste my time."

"Today supervisor Andrea was absolutely rude. I don't expect much from a supermarket employee, only respect and a little bit of professionalism. But this woman isn't even educated to go out on the street, much less to be on the customer service department. Andrea is laughing and looks defiant and happy about the way she behaves to customers. Stupid people are in charge and we as customers have to cope with that. I don't think I'm going back to this store, I have many other close by so they won't see my money again. They can cry now."

"Now El Super is a pretty good grocery store I like the vegetables and the way they package to me and when they have things on sale very reasonable the only thing I wish they had you been copied and a little bit more variety of season but all very nice grocery store"

"Easiest to get in and out of with everything fresh that you need. There's isn't a large selection of non perishable items, like canned goods, etc but thats what's good about it. You can get all your fresh produce, meat, bread, deli and hot foods easily and quickly. I love shopping here because I get all my produce and meats without having to wait in long lines or big crowds. The cashier's are fast and efficient and you know what you need is there without hassle."

"Great deals. Relatively small store. Good custumer service,, even though its allways very busy. Everyone is so polite, welcoming & helpful in the deli & pastry department & the hot food department. They also have a huge fruit & vegetables department. I was impressed with how colorful & affordable the deserts were."
