Albertsons

"Went in here this morning (at opening) to grab 1 item. Last time i arrived at the store right at 6 the team was running late for opening but had the doors open to move carts. When i showed up today, the courtesy clerk was pulling carts out of the store so i askes "are you guys open?" And the response was filled with so much attitude as he said "we open at 6" like im an idiot for asking. The only reason i ever go here is when i need something fast as its close to home. If i wanted attitude i would have just gone to walmart where at least its expected."

"The old Hispanic lady, Veronica was very rude and unfriendly. This is my neighborhood market, i’m always shopping there and I’m very familiar with the staff, but this lady, VERONICA (with the worst haircut I’ve ever witnessed in my life) racially profiled me and thought I was going to steal two bottles of wine. I went to the self checkout because there was only one line open with about 7 customers in it (the register she was at) I figured I’d scan my groceries first, since you can’t checkout alcohol at the self checkout, and by the time I was done, the other line would be decreased so I can pay for my alcohol. Long story short, I told the other associate who is the most friendly guy in the world what transpired. He apologized and processed my purchase with the alcohol at self checkout. I will be in there tomorrow to speak with the store manager! And I’m submitting my interaction with VERONICA to cooperate."

"The worst customer service ever. I usually love to go to Albertsons by my home but this one I passed by and expected to receive the same service but this one is the worst. I called to ask for a certain item and I was told that it was available and the person who answered the phone was rude but I didn’t pay attention much to it, but when I went to the store and asked for the item I was told it was out while I was standing front of it and I saw just one bottle while I was told it was fully available over the phone but the lazy employee didn’t want to help. He kept pushing me to not get him to go search for the item in the back and then when he saw that I insist that I called and been told it was available with good quantity I found out that they held it in the front hidden, and when I went to the cashier the same employee and the cashier were mad at me because it looked like they held this items for themselves and they only limited me to 3 of the item I asked for and kept saying that all they had. Just as soon as I paid for it and just turned around they both looked at each other and laughed for no reason and when I turned around quickly they both were looking at me and laughing and when I confronted them they both said sorry we say something funny we are sorry. Such an ignorant and disrespectful employees, the cashier name is Brandon but unfortunately I didn’t catch the other employee’s name, I wish I did. For sure I will never step inside this store again and I will tell everyone that this store has the worst most disrespectful employees ever!!!"

"Really big store with lots of selection they also have a deli hot and cold food section a bakery pharmacy and a floral department kind of small meat department. But I guess it's big enough to get the job done the staff are nice and helpful. They also have a Redbox coin exchange machine and they also rent carpet cleaners"
