Walmart

"Terrible customer service!!! The store operator when you call also has no knowledge of the store what so ever. So calling and asking any questions is pointless. I called spoke to the store operator to see when thier money services closed. Did this so I didn't have to go 30 minutes out of the way for no reason. I specifically asked the operator what time does the money service close to cash checks. She then told me they were open but closes at 9pm. It was about 8:20 pm so I was like cool I will be able to make it in time. Got there at 8:45 pm just to be told they were closed. I told the lady there I already called and spoke to the operator which told me 9pm. She then told me they have always closed at 7pm and their was nothing she can do for me. At this point just wasting over an hour to an hour in a half of my day. I was not happy at all because I literally called ahead of time just to avoid this situation, just to get fed misleading information. I asked the manager for any kind of reimbursement for my wasted time and gas for a situation that was clearly their fault. Just to be told nope they can't give me anything even when I showed them I called over 30 minutes ago. Bottom line this store has horrible customer service, they know nothing about the place they work for and are very disrespectful. Never will I step a foot in that trash can they call a store."

"I go to Walmart every week, there was no one working at Auto desk, customers standing online, I called the store suggesting they send someone over, they did after ten minutes, a few minutes later we found out the employee that was missing was in the office taking a nap. I gave a 5 star rating because most employees are friendly and helpful .."

"We had to make the trek out to Westminster as the item we needed, immediately, was in stock only in that store. So, first and foremost, the drive up pick-up was super crazy fast. I've never been to any store pick-up that brought my stuff out that fast. Seriously, we were waiting for less than 1 minute. Not only were they fast, but they were fast in a downpour. Thank you, Walmart drive-up team. You made our day and with such a long trek home in that storm, every minute counts. I've attached the video of the storm so you get a feel for how bad it was and how grateful we are."
