Trader Joe's

"I needed to make a return because I had an allergy to Trader Joe's face serum and gel. I bought two of each and threw away the ones I used and wanted to return the unopened products for a refund. I paid with my card upon purchase. The manager was a male with dark hair. I asked him if I could return the products. He asked for my receipt. I told him I could not find it and before I could say anything else, he stomped over to a cashier and handed me a gift card. I told him thank you for the card but thaI was trying to tell him I had my card that I paid with. He turned to me and said " I gave you a gift card so that's all you get and next time you'll get nothing" what is that all about? He stomped off and shook his head. He was incredibly rude and behaved like something else. I was embarrassed for him and suggest he gets better training He acted so emotional and poorly, that i ever want to return to that store again. I had no problem with a gift card but I do have an issue with him."

"I have been shopping at Trader Joe's Westwood Blvd for a few years and I always enjoy the experience. The store is conveniently located near UCLA and has a large parking lot. The staff is friendly, helpful, and cheerful. They always greet me with a smile and offer me samples of their products. The store is well-stocked with a variety of fresh, frozen, and packaged food, as well as wine, beer, flowers, and household items. The prices are reasonable and the quality is high. Some of my favorite products are the almond butter, the frozen Indian food, the chocolate chip cookies, and the seasonal items. I also appreciate the environmental and social responsibility of Trader Joe's, such as reducing plastic packaging, donating to local food banks, and paying fair wages to their employees. I would highly recommend Trader Joe's Westwood Blvd to anyone looking for a great grocery store in the area."

"Love this place which is also not a good thing. It's like going to Costco but on a smaller scale. There is so much good, easy to prepare food and well priced. Their produce doesn't seem to last and needs to be consumed within 3 or 4 days. Their personnel are very helpful and friendly. They will continue to open registers so that the wait (if any) is minimal."

"This Trader Joe's is located right in the heart of Westwood Village :) ! Right near Target and Ralph's :D ! I wish Trader Joe's was around here when I was a UCLA college student years ago! The employees here are always really upbeat, friendly and courteous :) !! For the most part, I can always find what I am looking for. The entire store is very clean and well-organized. Just a few weeks ago, they started handing out maps to customers regarding their new store layout. I didn't find anything wrong with their previous store layout. But I guess businesses in general try to rearrange and change around things to keep their customer base interested ;) ! I usually buy their burritos, salads, and some of their microwaveable meals (like the orange chicken bowls and the sriracha shrimp bowls). These definitely are great convenient meals for work or for home :) ! I love how Trader Joe's always innovates and has new exciting products :) !! I usually get really excited as I get closer to the checkout, where they display their newest items! I recently bought several bags of the Chili Pineapple kettle popcorn and a 4-pack of the pineapple juice because I really love these :D !! One of the cashiers should suggested that I try the watermelon juice, too, because he said it's really good :) !! I will definitely be coming back :D !! I have to admit that their parking structure can get really full during peak hours. If you have to circle around or fight for parking when you get in there, that could be a bummer because the time you spend trying to find parking can cut into your free 1 hour of parking with validation. I usually try to go earlier in the morning right when they open if I have to take my car to carry heavy groceries. But if I don't, I usually walk down to Westwood with a few grocery bags so that I can avoid the parking situation altogether ;) !"
