"Disgusting! I bought two prime ribeye steaks. When I unwrapped them at home I found a pile of meat mush. They had been frozen and badly unthawed. Shame on the butcher for selling them. He should have thrown out the whole lot. Disappointed in wholefoods."

"Tyler leads the Bakery section and is an absolute joy. He's very knowledgeable, kind, and patient. He's a reason I keep coming back here- he gives the best service, and his team makes the best cakes, pies, and tarts (just look at those pix!). All our friends are always so impressed by the desserts we bring. We even get to bring goodies for our vegan and gluten-free friends, and they really appreciate that."

"This review is regarding the Amazon return station at this location, they just implemented this outrageous rule where they close the return station everyday during the busiest time the day turning away so many Amazon/Wholefoods customers telling us theres no exception and we can’t make our returns. They need to staff and train their employees better, I drove all the way here to make a return that needs to go out today or else I get charged, and they refused to take my return. The employees were super RUDE as well. I wasn’t the only person there complaining about this NEW rule they just decided to throw at us. They need to change it, no other whole food locations are doing this, the MANAGER at this location needs to be looked at for poorly managing this station and poorly training their employees. I wonder if Amazon even knows. Horrible experience! Horrible service!"

"I can’t believe I have drove past this store for MONTHS before I actually noticed it (thanks to Google maps). I like that it is somewhat low key, but at the same time it stands out. They met all of my needs for what I typically buy at any other Whole Foods. The store was clean and the items were properly marked (which is a big plus). I don’t really care about the underground parking, but I suppose it definitely comes in handy for those hot days when you do not want to be directly exposed to the sun/heat. Make sure that you take your ticket and present it to the cashier for validation. Parking is free for the first 60 minutes and after that you will be charged a small fee. I can honestly say that I had a pleasant first time experience and plan to return to this location. It is definitely convenient on my way home. Although I felt as if the cashier was rushing me out of her line, the experience was still pleasant. Oh yeah, there is also a designated area for those who bring their pets and need to leave them outside while they go into the store. It is in plain sight, so there would be no need to worry about someone taking a pet that did not belong to them. There are also patio chairs and tables where there are people most of the time, so they can be pretty good witnesses if need be."
