"It’s a black lady with a big trump pin on her shirt. She was hella mean to me when I was nice and she was slamming my groceries hella hard like she wanted to break my eggs. I figured because she knows she’s weird but also black she’s an internalized racist and was nice to the people before me. I ignored her weird political work stunt and left with eggs not broken. Even tho she slammed them. Eww this location has weird employees. Worst Ralph’s location that’s ever spawned. Felt like a joke and like this Ralph’s was in the twilight zone."

"⚠️ Wow, you just deleted my review from yesterday morning after you locked me out and not let me come in!? so I’ll say it again!⚠️ You won’t silence me! Now they deleting my review because they were nasty to me! My review was uploaded yesterday before 1 AM even occurred because I got to the Ralphs with five minutes to spare walking to the front door needing to get diapers for my child for my wife because we both worked late, and the babysitter said that we had no more of the house. Upon telling the gentleman at the front of the store that I need to go and grab something at the very front of the store and I’ll see you when I knew exactly where it was, I would be out before 1 AM. He declined my offer saying: “oh, sorry, our registers automatically close down at 1 AM and we can’t do anything else after that.“ No me being a human being who lives on this earth, who lives use computers at stores in the past understand the fact that was absolutely false, seeing as they have to run all the everyone’s reports to close out at the end of each shift , coupled with the bevy of shoppers, who were all checking out at that moment in front of my eyes. I told him this, as well as the fact that I will be out before their store closes on the website! He still did not letting me in. But then, out of nowhere, the manager came over (with curly brown shows all that hair with blue highlights.) this prompted me to then breathed sigh of relief all need to then find out that he was going to be nasty to me instead of just telling me, (I couldn’t come in like the other guy). He said, “no, I’m not doing that, you’re not allowed to come in here.” I know that we’re just stupid consumers who are a dime a dozen if not cheaper for them so they don’t care about what I think we’re how I feel about how I was treated much less the despair they left my family in that evening, but if that was the worst enough, the fact that they deleted this off the Internet yesterday morning hours after I wrote, it only makes me make sure that I save this one so that I can put it back on every single time I delete it. Not cool. NOT COOL AT ALL!"

"There only getting a one star because of the Starbucks thee WORST customer service ever had a bad experience a couple months ago. Haven’t been back since till today. I see exactly why I will drive 10 miles away before I go into that Ralph’s and go to that Starbucks. I don’t know why these ladies have such a bad attitude in the morning if you were gonna have an attitude you should’ve stayed at home. Worst customer service."
