"An employee saw I was interested in a well-priced office chair. He offered assistance, located the box, offered to assemble the chair, and had me checked out in a jiffy. He called a couple of hours later to let me know it was ready for pick-up. Another employee carried the chair out to the parking lot (even though it has wheels) and helped me fit it into the back of my SUV."
"The Amazon return counter was quick and organized. I will definitely use them again for my returns. After, we shopped a bit. I love me some office supplies. I walked around with the Amazon app in my hand. The prices couldn’t compare. Amazon was much cheaper than staples…even with the 15% discount coupon."
"Every year I make the foolish choice to make friends and family ornaments. Every year it’s a pain however for the past three years I have gone to Staples. This year I went to the Menifee location which is 10 minutes from me where the employee there assured me the project I was looking to do was not possible. She was incredibly short, unhelpful, and rude. I left frustrated but knew the Temecula location would help me. So I hoped in the car and drove 40 mins to Temecula. I was over the moon to see Melissa was there again this year since she was so helpful last year. Melissa took time to help me, was incredibly friendly, multitasked like an absolute boss, and overall completely worth sitting in Temecula traffic! I may hate making ornaments and sitting in traffic but Melissa’s customer service absolutely softens the blow! Thank you Melissa!!!! (If there is more then more then one Melissa at this location she is the amazing mermaid with the colored hair!"
"They didn’t cut the two boards the same the. I had to wait until they were just about to close to be able to pick them up. Very disappointing that they were not checked prior to calling me, then I wasted my evening waiting for them to be redone. I will not be using your services again unless I receive a call from the store manager to come to some kind of resolution to this issue."
"I was just at your store and tried to return a package. I was accused stealing and treated poorly by your store manager-Matthew on duty. I feel very discriminated by what he said to me. I even feel threatened by him holding my package after I clearly told him that I decided not returning my package anymore…It was a nightmare! Horrible experience!"
