"Had a great time here with my wife and 11 year old son. We managed to escape the Factory Reset which was a close call! Exciting and challenging. Furthermore, our guide was friendly and helpful. I will say that the entryway will make it seem a bit low key, but the escape room itself is definitely well done. We're all looking forward to returning for some more challenging fun!"

"We spent 20 minutes looking for a paper in a vent that ended up not even being in there because they forgot to put it there. We couldn't understand the person talking. The clues made no sense. This was all I could do for my daughters 10th birthday and it was ruined by this place. We were given 10% off for next time. Woo, no thanks.. we won't be back!!!"
"So much fun! My son and his friends have gone twice now and even though they died both times they loved it. The customer service is great as well. Email is the best way to communicate with them and respond within hours! The reservation and cancelation policy is very easy and fair."
