"I've been going to gyms my entire adult life, tried all the major chains, and a few independents. This one hit the bullseye with the right amount of everything for any workout or goal. I've rehabbed traumatic injuries, gotten back into the swing of things after time off for a newborn, and trained for combat fitness tests here. The equipment is top notch. There is a great variety of machines, cardio, free weights, and functional fitness equipment, and they are always adding more. It is very clean and the staff are top notch. The InBody scans and HydroMassage tables are an added bonus. To top it off, the members are fantastic, too. I didn't notice that I had dropped my $200 pocket knife here until after I got home. I assumed I would never see it again... but I checked the next day, and someone had turned it in to the staff!"

"Whether you’re new to the gym or have been active for years this is Hands down the best overall gym I’ve ever been a member of. Plenty of free weights, cable machines, benches, squat racks, and other muscle specific machines Tons of equipment and it seems like they’re always expanding or adding new items. Friendly staff, welcoming environment, and since you are given a key fob so you have access 24/7 and are not limited by time or schedule restrictions. Management actively listens to members and improves the gym based on feedback, equipments always been fixed in a timely manner, they have access to inbody to track your progress over time and one of the few gyms I’ve seen with weighted vests. The only two cons I can think of are that the vending machine doesn’t always work, and for the more hardcore lifters the environment is very commercial, it will not have the same intensity feeling of a private or a body building gym."
