"The playground is too sandy and I'm not comfortable with it, it looks like it might have broken glass. I wish it had rubber flooring or mulch. I just don't trust it, but the rest of the park is very safe and well kept. It is also a spacious park, I wish there was a small closed off area for a dog park. My dog needs to run unleashed and he can't do it here, but there seems like there is enough space for one."

"I go there all the time. The park is gorgeous, however poorly maintained. I see maintenance boys in Chula Vista City Park vehicles sitting there on their phones for 2-3 hours. But whatever, the park is beautiful even in its little neglected state."

"Had my sons 7th birthday party here last weekend. This place is definitely a hidden gem! Super clean, well distributed park space with clean bathrooms. We paid $50 for a jumper permit and $150 to rent the 3 gazebos on the upper tier right next to the bathrooms. If we ever have another birthday party at the park, it will definitely be here!"

"I absolutely love this park. It has a lot of space for the kids and not a bad restroom. No changing tables but that's okay. Will definitely go back while I'm in California"
