"Very unhappy. My kids never can play here. Alway closed or closed early. They make you pay for programs on vacation time went you need it the most. Don't we already pay for this in taxes. They never answer phone.."

"I'm not sure who runs this facility, but they are never there. The supervisor never has time to speak to the public, they always has staff reach out. They can't be bothered to answer their office phone or emails. The staff are very respectful and do the best they can, however there is no sense of direction, which is understandable because the supervisor is NEVER around. Praise to the staff to keep this place running in the absence of their supervisor. How embarrassing! How do these managers get hired? Lack of good management higher up, that's for sure!"
"We went to the aquatic center for a water polo game. They added a new shade structure and the staff were excellent. The place was clean. There were some maintenance issues that needed to be taken care of. Hopefully the local government will allocate more funds for general upkeep. Overall a really pleasant experience. A word on parking....today it was good. Normally when there are events, plan on leaving early to find a space."
