"We held our reception in The Bay View Room and it was wonderful. A couple things to note though to help out other people searching for a space. The lights/drapes are not included in the room like many of the photos online show. Tables/chairs come with the room but table cloths were not included and we had to pay $200 for them. There are no fridges to store any food or wedding cakes. Also one thing to note is they will not let you borrow a ladder whatsoever. We asked to borrow one and they said no they don’t have one. Then we had a few light bulbs out the day of and maintenance brought in a ladder to change the light bulbs just a bit funny is all. Staff is very unfriendly in the office as well, anytime I had a question it seemed like they didn’t care. This place is pretty do it yourself from scratch so keep that in mind. We bought lights and fabric from the craft store and did it all ourselves! Also the chairs are not the most pleasant thing so we bought chair covers on Amazon. Overall it’s in a great location and we had a fun night aside from a few things."
"This venue had several events going at same time. Our dinner meeting of 135 people was drowned out by the thumping and banging from the floor above us. We felt that the ceiling might collapse upon us. Next door, fifty feet on our level was a wedding reception with very loud music and screaming sounds. The walls and door to our dining room couldn't keep the sounds out. The sound system for our speaker was too weak to over come the extraneous noises. Our dinner meal was excellent because we had an outside catering company provide it. Parking was adequate. I would not want to attend a function on a weekend, or during school or graduation season. A bad experience!"
"When a Family Friend asks for a sushi. I bring them a 16 foot sushi bar that seats 10 and boba. It fit"
"Beautiful wedding and location. Buildings all look the same and need better signage. Otherwise gorgeous setting"
"We attended Ducks Unlimited banquet in the Seaside Room. It was lovely with views of the marina. Very nice room."
