"I was looking for a workout class in my area for some time and found Studio Barre. I just completed my 10th class there. The staff and instructors are very friendly and welcoming, and strive to create a fun community. The classes themselves are comprehensive and target lots of different parts of the body (abs, arms, calves, and more), so there is a quite a bit of variety and change in terms of the exercises/moves you are doing at each class. Workouts are always set to music, so it’s a fun way to work out! The class is highly structured and you are following along with the instructor the entire time, which means you are never at a loss or left to your own devices. I always walk out of classes feeling like I’ve accomplished something good. Overall, I’m looking forward to continuing my classes here and would recommend them to anyone looking for a fitness class with an upbeat vibe and friendly people."
