"Piercer was terrible. Put the needle through and didn’t push it far enough so had to do it again. He was doing the piercing for over three mins trying to push it in and tugging on my ear. I was in so much pain almost fainted and no one offered me any help while I was about to pass out. Piercing ended up being super crooked and inflamed that I had to take it out. Not happy with my experience"
