"This is not a review for this specific location but the overall service and customer service I received from Laser Away. I opted for the cool sculpting treatment that was oversold to me by a sales rep. The sales rep made it seem like after my two treatments I would walk away with no pinch-able fat. She didn’t mention that it takes months to see ANY result. Not only that she stated that it required NO maintenance at home and that nothing (shapeware or diet ) could optimize my results. A different rep stated it was to be used in conjunction with diet an exercise. Another rep told me I would see results in 4-6 weeks, and another 3-4 months. I cannot seem to get consistent information regarding my treatment and customer service keeps referring me back to the offices to speak with them. I bought the package $3000 for 8 pads. I’ve used for in one session and do not want to go back for any more treatment. I asked if I could get store credit and they said I bought the package half off so technically I don’t have any credit to use! They also convinced me that financing would be a good option. In addition to the treatment not being effective at all the financial institution they are linked with keeps calling me to say I owe them money and that my payment is past due when I set up auto pay a month before the first payment was due and they keep saying it’s a mistake but then the next few days another call saying I’m past due! I see no results! And I have been eating healthy and exercising. So whatever little difference I see in my shape is no different that that I usually see when I diet and exercise on a regular basis. Laser Away is a scam!! And I will be reporting them to the Better Business Bureau. Oh also they didn’t even get me cleared medically until I was already midway through my treatment. This place does not care about client satisfaction or safety."

"Hands down the best LaserAway in the Bay Area! All of the staff are professional, provide great recommendations and treat you with the utmost respect! The nurse, I think her name was Hana was kind, gentle and informative on what type of injections I should get and why. I will only go back to her! I would have never guessed being poked by needles 20x wouldn't hurt! The manager, Kelli was courteous, engaging and extremely helpful when I needed assistance on understanding the different available procedures. You can tell that the staff are well trained and happy to be there! Finally, the clinic itself was immaculate. Spotless and fresh. I would highly recommend that you go here! I'm telling all my friends and family to make an apt!"
