"Stand small check in lot, does have port o johns for drivers(not overly clean but what can you say with having a lot of truckers using them), call box is hard to hear and depending on how friendly the person is on the other end is, you could be told your checked in or you could be hung up on. Be prepared for a LONG wait"
"It's always a nightmare here. Parking in this lot on Mondays are even worse. You may as well plan to roll in then stop and check in then roll out. Find another place to park in the area. They call you so no need to stay in this lot. Don't park in the middle of the lot. It only makes it 10x worse on top of it all."
"09.03.2021..My appointment was 10.00 pm as my paper info from dispacher. Arrived here 8.30, when call by box they say I have appointment 11.00 pm. Checking again 10.00 pm. What is this. I say 10.00 pm my log book will not work. And also I need sleep I will Checking morning. Guy say ok. When Checking informing 8.00 am. Girl on phone say need to reschedule appointment. That kind of people play with driver. When I ca for appointment rescheduling. They say available 3.00 pm. Why Checking office don't have authority to change the appointment by driver schedule. They think drivers are salves. Be Professional."
