"It was a rough evening. One of the pumps wasn't working quite right, and then I dropped my oil cap into the engine compartment. Fortunately for me, the excellent Hilario Mendez was behind the counter. He switched the pump for me and managed to get the cap out. He was kind and patient throughout. He even was kind when I mangled his name the first time. This man deserves a raise! Thank you again."
