"Unfortunately the customer service is really an issue. My package was delivered to the wrong address and I have tried to correct it and get it sent to the right one. Now I can't reach anyone and I am not sure what will happen to the product that I have already paid for but not received. I don't have any issue with their products ( never used them) but the customer service is horrible from what I have experienced so far. I am hoping they reach out to remedy this but don't have high hopes. UPDATE They reached out and handled the concern. Thanls!"
