"I’m very dissatisfied wit the service I received from HILLARY. I asked her to name off a few red wines that you carried and she would not do that simple task. It would’ve taken 2 minutes max but instead she told me she couldn’t help me with that because she did not want to walk to the wine section. I then asked if there was someone that could and she said no to that as well. I usually get outstanding service but the care facility I work at will no longer be shopping at this location because of her."
