"I used to go here frequently but it's gone downhill under the new management (we miss Rob!). Just missing traditional customer service skills. Unfortunately there is also a huge language barrier with the folks that work there and it's frustrating because there's no effort to try to understand when you ask questions about products. Easier to go to total wine!"
