I have zero complaints regarding this place and every experience has been great. They’ll not only make learning during the lesson fun, but also make you want to come back and learn more. 10/10 would recommend to anyone interested in expanding their dancing skills."

"All of the instructors here are absolutely wonderful. They push me to the edge of my comfort zone so that I can learn quickly and do hard things, but not be overwhelmed. I’ve been taking private lessons with Marcus for a month and a half. He does a great job of teaching me a combination of what I WANT to learn to have fun, and what I SHOULD learn to be a better dancer. I was really happy to do a performance after only a month of dancing, but it was definitely a challenge. Whether you want to learn basic steps for social dancing or more advanced choreography for competing, I would absolutely recommend coming here. I drive up from Big Sur a couple times a week and it’s always 100% worth it."

"I have been to social dancing on Friday's and attended private lessons with both Olga and Ellie. Both are incredibly skilled, professional, and funny. Marcus is an incredible instructor at Friday group lessons, and Leo is also incredibly skilled and friendly. Pacific Grove Dance is easily the nicest studio I have danced at in the Monterey area, and I would strongly recommend anyone to try a group lesson on Friday's or a private lesson. All the instructors teach students of all ages and skill levels, ranging from first time dancers to competitive dancers. You will receive quality instruction whether you are looking to learn to dance socially, for an event, or looking to compete."

"I am having the best time learning ballroom dance at Pacific Grove Dance! The instructors, Marcus, Leo and Olga, are passionate about dance and teaching. The studio is beautiful. As soon as I walk in the door, I focus only on dancing in a relaxed and fun atmosphere. My posture and balance have improved since taking lessons. The Friday night lesson and dance party provide an opportunity to learn new dances and to dance with other partners. I highly recommend this dance studio!!"
