"Love this park - it eats dog balls though. They just slip away into the wild edges! ( I just reviewed SkyPark Dog park and I want to add that this place is interesting for my dog. It's varied, green, little wild wetlands in the wild edges, a couple puddles from sprinklers, tan bark, sand, etc, with structures he can wind through, sniff, meet people, kids, people working out, little celebrations, etc. Our lil community, especially dog families, are so very grateful to this park! Thank you for including us, the dog families!! Thank you thank you!!) .. Good for a quick dog run, walk, ball, frisbee, come to jesus talk or a break from the music scene across the street! Has nice jungle gyms, a portipotty, water at the camp BBQ, water fountain and several weighted workout machines around a small well maintained track for walking, running, etc. Pack your pup's poop! And your kid's garbage, please! Keep our lil North BC oasis clean!! It also has a skate ramp in one corner of the parking lot and a community free box/pile will show up periodically next to the lil library. :)"
"Cute little playground in the woods. Dogs are allowed on leash. There's a small grassy area perfect for soccer, frisby, kite flying, throwing balls, etc. The playground equipment is mostly geared towards younger children. It has multiple workout machines, and a dirt loop that's a tenth of a mile. Huge barbecue pit, and a shelter area with tables and benches."
"As for a park for a party, if you rent the entire thing out it is good! As for a park to simply visit with kids to play?.....I believe it is lacking. But I remember having soccer games here, so having parents that may have young kids who can play on the play structures is a nice plus. But overall as a park to visit, and especially compared to other parks in the area, I think it falls short"
"Small park, but a great place to head to for a quick outdoor workout. The track is roughly 200 meters and there is a decent selection of outdoor excercise equipment (including a pull-up bar). The jungle gym area is nice for the little ones as well."
"Big field with dirt track, exercise equipment, play area for younger kids as well as a "ninga gym" for older kids. All that is missing are swings. They also have covered picnic tables and grills. The toilet is a port-a-pot and isn't very clean. No dogs allowed. Entire park area is fenced in."
