"Not a fun place for a 9 year old birthday party. I had my son's 9 year old birthday party here and I do not recommend it. His group played laser tag with adults. My 7 year old came out crying because there were adults in there with him. I asked the man at the front desk if the adults could wait and he said they paid to play with a group. Not sure why an adult would want to play with a 7 year old. The arcades and the room where we served pizza and cupcakes was dirty and depressing."
"We recently went here for my daughter's birthday party. Such a dated place. For $359, I expected to see at least a few updates throughout. Not a great variety of games either. Several from my party were thirsty before the drinks and food came out. Staff said to go around the corner to drink from the fountain. Such a joke. Barely any water came out. You'd have to put your mouth directly on it to get a small sip. So gross. Some staff were completely unpleasant. It looked as if they couldn't care less about being there. I gave it 2 stars, because the actually party/laser tag timing was organized. They also served Pizza Guys which everyone seemed to like."
"Q-Zar is an awesome place for pre-teen birthday party. Our 11 year old and his crew of 18 friends and the adults all had a blast. Video games and equipment is slightly dated, but environment is fun and safe and crew were super attentive."
"We hosted my son’s birthday party here and everyone had a blast. They really enjoyed their laser tag games and no one wanted to leave the arcades. Highly recommend Q-Zar for kids birthday!"
