"*This is a very nice and new park. One thing to note is that I smell weed smoke inside the restroom. So double check before bringing your kids in there"

"Great playground. Bathrooms are dirty but at least there are bathrooms. Play area is a bit hard for very little kiddos but 5 and up it’s perfect!"

"This is a cute playground with plenty of activities for your little ones. There are public restrooms on-site. There's a small basketball court and other fun games off to the side as well (e.g., cornhole). It is a nice gem new to Alameda that has made our meandering through the neighborhood more fun since we have an extra destination to walk toward."

"a review from @amom2kidsandapark Climbing domes are fun but a whale-shaped climbing dome, well, that’s AWESOME! This newer playground on Alameda point brings both land and sea together in a fun way for all levels. The giant whale has monkey rings, a hammock, suspended lily pads, rock wall elements, a slide, and webbed netting throughout including a rope tunnel ladder in the middle. On the “beach” there is a pretend pirate ship with a low gymnastics bar and drums. Between the whale and ship, there’s a boulder with an oversized sea star and two swing sets. One with a hammock-style swing and the other with a bucket swing and double swing (hard plastic with a bucket and a big kid seat). Other fun features of the play area include a surfboard ride-on toy, a stand-up spinning disk, and a balance beam. There isn’t any shade covering the play area but there is a covered picnic area just beyond the ship and beyond the covering is the bathroom. Further down the grass, there is a half basketball court and an exercise area. Around the entire three-block park is a sidewalk perfect for biking or scootering. Because this is a new housing area with ongoing development, the roads are occasionally diverted for construction making parking a hit or miss For food drinks and fun visit @rockwallwines @almanacbeer and Hanger One"
