"It's a great park with a lot of open space for events or to play and great shade coverage!"
"Has a good amount of sun and shade, as well as a large lawn, benches, picnic tables, a couple barbecues, and tennis courts. Generally not too crowded. Does not have bathrooms. It's a fun playground for elementary age kids but not much for the littles. No swings but lots to climb on."
"Nice playground, big grassy field(peoplebdont alwats pick up after their dogs!). Lights at tennis court and bball court, but the playing surfaces are in poor condition. Picnic tables, grills, no bathrooms, usually not a busy park."
"Rainbow Park has a very new play structure with fun obstacle course / ninja warrior-ish routes and a nice variety of slides. My two older kids say it "is the best in the world." My 2yo also had great time, though there are no swings (her favorite thing in the world) and the structure is designed for ages 5+. She is a climber and she loved the climbing wall elements and the fact that she could get to the top of the big slides. It has large swaths of grass buffering it from roads. The lack of bathrooms is a slight downside as is the flat, treeless landscape."
"It's a great little park within walking distance of many homes and SSU. Good place to take kids to play or just sit and bask in the sunshine"
