"This was my second experience with Window Genie and I am very happy and impressed. Mason and Kelly made a great team and worked diligently to get my gutters clean. Their work quality and work ethic is wonderful and refreshing in this day and time when it is so difficult to get good work. Their efforts and cleanup were superior to all the other companies I have had to clean my gutters. My first experience with these folks involved cleaning of 70 (yes seventy) glass skylights on the side of 2 roofs. The quality of their glass cleaning was excellent. I will absolutely use them again."
"Technicians arrived and did not know how to remove the screens, which should have been a red flag. I showed them how to remove. They proceeded to clean the windows and when they got to my covered deck (which has tounge and groove wood floor and ceiling). They absolutely saturated the hardwood floor and my patio furniture and storage box. I stopped them from doing any more damage and they said they had to leave as one of the techs had a doctor appointment. They then came back and wanted to take pictures of the windows and asked for payment, what a joke. Needless to say I only had a few windows cleaned, none of the screens were put back in and I was left with a big mess and a saturated deck that took me over an hour to clean. Won't use again, and will not recommend. The photos I am attaching are after I had already spent a great deal of time cleaning up the water. As you can see everything that was close to the windows was not moved back and the screens were not put back, what a disappointment!"

"We had our windows cleaned inside and out and they have never looked better. It was amazing the difference that was made. Also had them pressure wash our driveway, sidewalks, and patio area. It was done quickly and looked great. Will definitely have them back again. Before and after photos of patio are attached."
