"My husband took 4 brand new blazers in for me to have them pressed. I went to put one on this morning and the lapels were not pressed down. Lapels are traditionally pressed down to insure a crisp, clean look. Despite the fact that I am required to wear one in Senate Chambers, I will be without it today because I did not have time to press what was already supposed to be pressed. I know what I will be doing tonight. Pressing the four blazers was not cheap but I could have done a better job at home."

"Got a formal dress pressed and wanted to use Smart Savings Card. It advertised 15% off all cleaning. When picked up item I was told they could only do 10% because I didn’t tell them at drop off that I had a discount. Took person forever to ring me up having to call their boss several times to help her with discount. I won’t use this cleaners again. Formal dress all waded up in bag."
