"First Servepro representative Tanner arrived very promptly after we reached out to Servepro for assistance with our water damage problem. He was very helpful and very professional with his assessment of our situation. He explained to us what he would do and why he would need to proceed in a manner required by an insurance company. He immediately briefed his team of Andres’ and Evan on the situation and explained to them the process of how they would handle the situation to most effectively to begin mitigating the problems. They all worked removing furniture from the rooms impacted by the water. Once they cleared the areas, they carefully removed the affected carpet in order to remove the wet carpet padding. Once they determined the water line in each room, they began extracting the water. They then set dehumidifiers and drying equipment. Most importantly they were very polite and friendly. Andres, Evan, and Tanner all worked together professionally. One thing that stood out to me was they treated our home as if it was their own under the circumstances. They were conscientious about not causing any other issues. The situation is still being resolved. We are pleased with the progress and feel confident that Andres, Evan, and Tanner of Servepro are the best experts to solve our restoration."

Dispatch was amazing and she could tell I was stressing. She called out to the crew and they were there by 10:30 with a crew of 12-15 amazing employees. "Start up was extremely slow. Once construction started, progress made daily. Thus far pleased with bedroom and prep work for projects. Marius is project manager. John is above him. Not pleased with speed of Servepro on contract and follow through."
