"Our parents went to pick up a tool that was taken for repair. They went to the store to check up on it today and one of the employees went hysterical while yelling calling them racial slurs. They chased them out of the store and they were scared for their lives. We will be calling the police to further record this incident. DO NOT SHOP HERE, THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE!!!"
"I have been going to this store for close to 10 years, after purchasing a Stihl hedge trimmer and a Stihl combo blower/yard vacuum-shreader. They have been very helpful with supplies and the occasional service... even stuff I didn't buy there!"
"However things were 3 years ago are not the case now.We have made purchases here over the years. The equipment is good that they sell. Top quality tools sold by Low quality people.You will NOT be treated like you matter.They only want to sell new tools for the most part. They require CASH or Debit card for ALL REPAIRS .. EXPECT THIS. This is fine, however being treated so poorly is not acceptable in todays world..I think i will be looking for another location to service our equipment...."
