"We were members for a few years. The basketball court barely got any attention. The floors were dirty on the regular. I even cleaned them a few times. Besides that not any real complaints. And then they raised our bill from 70$ a month to 175$ a month for the family plan. They raised it over $100 a month! What kind of business owner jumps up prices like that? It almost seems like they were trying to price out the "undesirables".They said it was future plans, but you don't raise prices on a customer for something they aren't receiving."

"Long time members and day pass users. Not a fan of new management. The Day passes on pools have been eliminated. The cost for membership has gone up. The new machines put in have limited movement. As the only Rec Center near by, it should be fully accessible and affordable for those near by."

"Love this gym! I attend Spin, Boot Camp and Zumba classes. All have excellent instructors. All new equipment. The people at this gym are the best. Front desk remembers my name when I check in. I joined to meet people (being new in town) and I have made several friends here!"

"Signed up a couple weeks ago to use the weight rooms and a sauna and have had an overall positive experience. They have a good variety of modern equipment to hit all the strength training/cardio bases. There’s a couple machines that an avid body builder would be missing like a leg press and calf raise machine, but I’ve found a solid substitute here for anything that was lacking. It’s all serviceable apart from a couple treadmills. The weight room has always been clean/odor free and the staff has been reasonably helpful and friendly in my experience. Other than that, I’ve been excited to get my workouts in and haven’t felt hindered in any way here. If I had a gripe, I wish they preserved their 5am opening time throughout the weekend. Also, the men’s locker room/showers doesn’t give off the cleanest vibes from what I’ve seen but plenty of dudes seem to use them without issues. Other than that, I’m a happy member and know several other members who are equally satisfied. I can’t personally speak to the pool issues that seem to be over-represented in the negative reviews, but I’ve only heard good things from people who work out here."

"Used to be such a great place to come. I would get a day pass for my son to swim while my daughter took swimming lessons. Everyone had a great time. They no longer offer day passes and have upped the price of swim lessons $15 in under a years time. The membership fee per month is outrageous for what little they provide. It is an older rec center with nowhere near the activity offerings of one’s like longview in Spring Hill. Didn’t think a Williamson county rec center would ever offer better pricing and experience but here we are. They are charging comparable prices but not providing comparable quality. It seems they have switched ownership or management and someone doesn’t know what they’re doing. Noticeable change in quality, organization and service. Multiple times over the summer I was charge twice or told I didn’t pay when I produced a receipt. Had several times we made reservations just to be told we didn’t. Our swim instructor is amazing, too bad they price their own community out. Would not recommend until they literally clean up, upgrade equipment and serve the community rather than their bank accounts trying to give as little as possible for the dollar spent."
