"We had a fiberglass pool installed 2 years ago. I immediately started questioning the concrete coping finish, I was brushed off and told it was fine. The edge was uneven and had gaps in it, now it is crumbling. I have called numerous times and the owner (brent) will not call me back. All other aspects of the installation process was great and the people I talk to when i call are nice and try to be helpful, but the owner takes no pride in his company. I chose them to support a local company. I am hoping the concrete guy will make this right on his own, but disappointed that the owner takes no pride in his company."

"Atlantic put in our pool (fiberglass) a few years ago and they close and open it now. We've had zero problems since it was put in - easiest thing to maintain I've ever owned. It just works and that's all you need a pool to do. Having someone build something for you is never perfect - no one is ever fast enough for me - but this was not the stressful experience I expected. Even from the start - he showed up when he said he would with quotes and didn't try to convince me to upgrade or upsize everything. It continues to be easy to own the pool - it's literally minimal work and I barely do that if I'm honest...it closes clean, opens clean. If I'd known a pool was this simple I'd have had one years ago."

"I interviewed 3 different pool companies in order to decide which company to award my business for the installation of a 40 foot fiberglass inground pool. I selected Atlantic Pools and Spas. Atlantic pools is a family owned business that has been building pools for many years in middle Tennessee. I wanted to choose a company that could provide a one stop shop for everything pertaining to my pool needs. Atlantic Pools can handle pool construction and on going service needs through their local store. I was not confident that the other pool representatives would remain employed by their company much less able to help me with future pool needs. I spoke with the owner of Atlantic Pools who visited me at my house on multiple occasions, listened to my ideas, answered questions, and provided great comments about other things to consider for improved use and maintenance of the pool. Working with Brent, Jody, John, Bubba, and Rodger on the design, build, and installation was a great experience. I have a fantastic pool to enjoy for many years with my family and friends, and I have on going outstanding support and service from everyone I have communicated with at Atlantic Pools and Spas. Atlantic Pools does a great job for me and I believe they will work diligently to provide on going customer satisfaction by listening to and meeting customer needs."

"Waiting for ten minutes at front counter, lady in front of me said she been waiting 25 minutes. New manager needs to hire some freaking help. The old manager was knowledgeable and she always had help there at least on Saturdays. I will be finding another pool place to buy my products. I've been spending money at this store for about 20yrs"

"Absolute Horrible company, completely incompetent company and employees in doing our pool installation and maintenance. To name just a few things that have happened. They got concrete in the water which messed up the finish on the pool. The Filter that cleans the water for the entire pool was Plumbed BACKWARDS! The heater is broken as a result and also having to replace very expensive filters at an extremely high rate. I worked in pools both residential and commercial for a few years and I’ve never seen this level of incompetence on an install or maintenance. They didn’t notice the backwards plumbing for over 3 years. I was the one who finally discovered it and was in disbelief. We’ve given them every opportunity to correct the situation and they have yet to do so. He has his employees talk on his behalf and the only time we’ve gotten a timely response was when we reported them to the better business bureau. They called with promises to fix everything if we took it down but they refused to sign it in writing. There is a reason they have the review option turned off on Facebook and their website. Would give 0/10 if possible. The amount of documentation we have on both the equipment and communication is more than enough to win a lawsuit but wishing they would just do the right thing."
