"The first two weaves were nice. However, when I got braids, it was skin tight and ripped my hair out by my root all along the top of my head at the start of my braids. I was saddened by this because I spent years growing it out. It was hard to cover up. In addition to this, my mother had the same experience her second time going to her, after I initially recommended Sally. She did this after I spent a while helping her hair grow nice by braiding it for her. I recommend her to Sally as my work load increased for convenience. We expressed our experience and we were not offered refunds nor did she try to work with us on a better technique moving forward. Just a simple sorry. My mom had to wear a wig for months to cover up the hair loss and I wore a headband. My friend that recommended her and is on here w a 5 star rating later had the same experience. I’m being honest bc I wish I read an honest review before going to her. This is why I will only go to someone licensed for now on."
