"I usually love this place, but today they had a young girl practice on me. They didn’t ask if she could practice, they just brought her up. She was nervous so I was trying to be patient. I asked if she could stop, cus I was getting nervous about how my eyebrows were looking. The older women came and finished, they don’t look bad. But they are way thinner than I wanted, I believe she was trying to fix the young girls mistake. I felt like this was unprofessional, I should have been asked before the girl practiced on me. I don’t feel comfortable going back, sucks cus there is one lady who is so sweet and does a great job."
"The first time I went service was ok so I went back. Now the second time around the lady in the first chair looked like she literally rolled out of bed. Her attitude and customer service was trash. Now my brows are super thin and short. She trimmed them like there was no tomorrow. Note to them, don’t show up to work if you don’t feel like working."
"Amazing place!! The quality of the work is beautiful and you will be beyond happy when you go there. The place feels luxurious when you go there and is the perfect place to go to get your eyebrows done, henna done, facials, and other services. I got an facial done and my skin had this glow that I never had before it felt so soft and hydrated and I loved it. Would definitely go back and the prices are affordable!! :)"
