"Love coming here but it’s always very understaffed and 9 times out of 10 I always have to wait for Beijing beef no matter how many times I come here. They need to have more staff throughout the peak times because I feel bad for the workers who are trying to do everything at once. Got called up that my food was ready and then it was not since I had to wait for the Beijing beef which was a bit disappointing. Either way I have no complaints other than it being severely understaffed and never having Beijing beef."

"Manager Aldi or not sure how you spell it was so rude I called and he hung up on me and didn't care that a couple had there dog inside while eating that is so unsanitary and before you say maybe it was a service dog no it wasn't they wouldn't have been carrying it and talking to it like a baby"

"Please remove new manager Hidi from this location. I have been having lunch 3 to 4 times per week .Since he is there we have to wait 10 minutes to prepare the food we like I always go on lunch time and I cannot wait that long. Customers have been complaining to the staff which are great and this situation is stressing them too The employees are friendly and very nice but this person will cost a lot of business to the Company. I have been going to Mac Donald because of this."

"The manager, Tony, needs to improve on his customer service skills. My friend and I decided to meet at this place. We were going to eat but decided to catch up first. Before you know it, it seems that 1 hour had passed. The manager then came to our table and very loudly said to leave Panda Express because we did not order anything. Other customers heard and came to us to tell us how the manager behaved poorly. It is clear that this manager still needs to work on his communication/customer service skills. I asked to speak to Tony again and I apologized for overstaying. I told him that time flew by and I did end up ordering something. I asked Tony to please not address future customers this way since he yelled at us. Tony said he did nothing wrong and I asked him to apologize to us. He refused to apologize and kept trying to talk over my friend instead of just listening. I thought this was going to be a great learning experience for Tony but that wasn’t the case. I’m extremely disappointed in his behavior and I hope he can do better."

"Ambiance: no different than the other locations, clean and quiet. Service: I went during lunch, and there wasn't a line, I consider it a win. Food: If you just want lunch but not too much, the kids' meal is the perfect snackable size. Not too much and not too little and only $7 and change. Orange chicken was fresh, too!"
