"Today’s service was horrible! **UPDATE** It's good to hear that Supervisor Razelyn and the Owner took responsibility and apologized for the poor customer service. Apologies can go a long way in rebuilding trust and maintaining good relationships with customers. Unfortunately, I will definitely not be coming to this location ever again for the terrible experience and ALTERCATION with a server who said to me that I came in with an attitude which all I wanted was to have lunch with my daughter during lunch hours. I recently visited Kicking Crab and was thoroughly disappointed with the level of customer service. The staff seemed indifferent and inattentive, making the dining experience quite unpleasant. Additionally, with no apologies or explanations provided. Overall, I would not recommend this location due to its poor customer service."
"Happy hour is the best. 19.99 for crab and 3$ micheladas. Very good. Will be returning again."
"Muscles & Shrimp were good. Rice could have been better. Micheladas were excellent. *NOTE: Be sure to check your seafoods insides and clean/de-gut properly as there are other creatures possibly inside. We found 1 pea-crab parasite inside a muscle, removed it and cleaned the muscle, and then placed back into the sauce. It's good that all is cooked but we prefer not to eat what we didn't order lol. Not possible for kitchen to do this work so as you prepare your food how you like, clean it and inspect it how you like before eating. I would go back for the shrimp and muscles and would opt for medium and more in spicy for the extra kick. Super flavorful food and attentive staff. 4/5 in food simply because the rice was just not up to par with the rest of the meal. The Michelada and good food needed some good rice with it and it was a little hardened and not so steamy or fresh-like. Looking forward to trying again with a better batch."

"This place is located in Bell Gardens off of S. Eastern in a Plaza with other stores and restaurants. It has a pretty good menu and the prices compared to other places are competitive. The staff was very friendly and helpful but service was a little too slow. They offer a variety of seafood as well as combination dishes. The seating is just right, spacious and the atmosphere is great."
