"I've been taking my baby here for 2 years now. She absolutely loves it, which speaks volumes considering she has such bad anxiety especially around people she doesn't know. The groomers are always so gentle with her and she is happy there she leaves smelling great, looking great, and feeling great! We highly recommend them and you honestly can't beat the services at the prices that they offer"
"This should be No Stars!!! But the system wouldn’t allow. I also have several pictures…What these people did to my baby today was just simply pure evil. If you do not have the staff, if at 1st look you do not want to take my baby on, if you are having a bad day…DO NOT PRETEND THAT YOU CAN DELIVER A SERVICE THAT YOU KNOW THAT YOU CANNOT!!!! You are not only doing a disservice to the consumer, but to the animal who is my child in my eyes, and to your company. These people butchered my baby. Upon drop off they said his ears were matted and his tail. I said fine cut them and leave his body. He is scalped. Do Not Go Here!!! My first and last!"
"I've used them over the past several years but I swear the last time I took my dog there the girl must have let her son groom my dog. She was scalped and had places where the clippers had dug into her. I paid $75 for about a 30lb dog. My poor baby was 17 yrs old and on her last legs. I feel terrible that this was her last grooming experience. I was on the verge of losing it. I will never take another animal there!"
