"We did the couples massage with the water soak and it was so relaxing! There is a steam room and sauna at the main location in downtown Ashland as well as men’s and women’s locker rooms. The atmosphere is relaxing! Since we did the 30 minute mineral soak before our massages we were already feeling relaxed! Then our massage therapists came and got us for our couples massages. The massage tables are heated, which is especially nice in winter when we went. We couldn’t have asked for better massage therapists and the overall experience was amazing! We will definitely go again."

"My deep tissue massage therapist, Kaley, was very skilled. I would make regular appointments with her if I lived in the area. The spa atmosphere is calming. You should note that sauna & steam room are unavailable in the late afternoon."

"Friendly staff and super nice facilities. 10/10 would do again as the deep tissue really helped me out (office worker) with my neck and upper back issues. Pricey though but worth it though I don't think there was much benefit for adding hot stones to the deep tissue massage. Just go without and save the $20 extra charge for a good lunch nearby. May have to pay for parking unless you want to drive around forever. You either get lucky near lithia park and walk or park in the garage and walk. But parking isn't too pricey. I paid $2.50 for the full day even though I was here for 3 hrs."

"Had a wonderful relaxing experience at Waterstone spa. My husband I had the romance package, we very much enjoyed sitting in the steam room and soaking in the large soaker tub. Our massage therapist Christian and Steve did such a great job! If we ever comeback to Ashland I’m sure we will book with Waterstone again."

"I would give 5 stars if not for almost impossible parking. I ended up paying for parking in a parking garage and walking to the place and doing that made me late. I don't know how much my massage cost because my husband surprised me with it, but I was there for 1.5 hours of wonderful! I customized my time there instead of doing what was originally planned. 45 minutes of foot massage, 10 min soak and a 25 minute back massage with hot rocks. They offer: couple massages, lemon water, robes, flip flips, warm beaded pillows, warm eye covers to block out light. The massage felt so natural and relaxing. I had a skilled gentleman (I think his name was John, but I can't be sure) do the massage and he did great. He used good pressure and changed things when something was uncomfortable. Truly an exceptional experience and I WILL be back, despite the nightmare parking. I added photos to help you know what it is like. :) Showers have shampoo, conditioner, lotion. They provide hair ties, q tips, lockers for your things. The music is relaxing but it does suddenly stop to go to the next song so that can catch you off guard when you're deeply relaxing. They have steam room and sauna for after your massage or you can arrive up to an hour early and do that for a while first. I highly recommend. FIRST TIME WITH HOT ROCKS? Mine too. They were awesome. He held them in his hands and kinda used them as a massage tool and it really made the massage next level. OVERALL: I really enjoyed my time and left feeling very relaxed. The employees are so nice and helpful. They even offer maternity massage which I'm gonna try if I have another baby. Try to get someone to drop you off and pick you up if you don't want to have to worry about parking and walking and/or looking for a spot so long you are late. Happy Relaxing!"
