It allows me to have the doggie door open without allowing cold or hot air to come into the house. The double flaps on the doggie door are excellent. It has a safety lock if you wish to close the doggie door. It’s one of the best purchases I have bought for my home."

"We had a window in our 10 year old home that failed. Only the part of the glass that moved up and down failed. As we were not the original owners the builder would not fix the window. We ran into the Glass Guru booth at the EG Great Pumpkin Festival and they advised they were able to just replace the glass that failed and not the entire window! This was just the option we were looking for. They came out measured the window and took a deposit. The next week our glass was ready and they came back out and installed it. We are so happy they were able to fix our window for a fraction of the cost of a new window! Derek was very professional and did a great job with the glass replacement. We will definitely be recommending their services and using them again in the future for any glass needs we may have."

"I was very impressed Steve came out right away and quoted me $150 since it’s a 2 man job , $80 if he could do it himself, he had to come back with with his guy to help him . However, he came back by himself since his man called out , he asked my son if he should come back when his guy is back or do the job , he doesn’t know he said, I’m just here to pay you . Anyway , he did the work, had my son hold the glass for him which he accidentally hit the glass and it shattered on my son, thankfully he was not hurt , the work looks ok, he did explain to my son since the boarder of frame is plastic and old so its cracked a little but I was still charged $130 but he really didn’t have another person to help him. I don’t mean to complain but just to prevent any error in the future , maybe have that person wear right PPE in case glass gets in the eyes if he needs help . Thank you ."
