"I wanted to remodel my kitchen as completely rustic with no boundaries. I met with Ty Hollimon who lead me thru the process. We soon settled on the wood (knotty alder) and door design & were off and running. Ty did all the cabinet layouts and thankfully convinced me on what needed to be done. Construction included widening the kitchen 4.5 feet to allow for and island. Somewhere Ty found me a 3x5 hickory plank which became the perfect island.
